The main focus of Impact Group is to provide its clients a full project management and construction service for the property development process. Our service extends to all facets of the construction industry including residential, commercial, industrial and land subdivision. We strive for every project to be well designed, detailed, documented and supervised to minimise disruption and variations during construction. We also aim to accurately forecast completion dates and budgets to assist the clients expenditure requirements.

Impact Group understands the clients needs for our staff to be available to liaise with their representative to plan and co-ordinate the project plus be accessible at all times to resolve any issues or expedite progress on the project.

The Impact Group of Companies was commenced in 1999 and consists of four boutique service-based companies. The Impact Group was originally formed as the owner, Wayne Golledge, believed there was a significant void that existed in the field of total project management and quality construction services. Each company has an individual role in the wide variety of services provided by the Impact Group. It consists of the following companies:
