Project Update
10 Gordon Avenue, Chatswood
A major milestone has been reached at 10 Gordon Avenue, Chatswood, with the project declared a State Significant Development under the Housing Delivery Authority pathway.
Impact Group is proud to support LFD Developments and the wider project team. Following planning review and consideration of housing demand, the proposed development has increased from approximately 32 to 50 storeys, creating the opportunity to deliver more homes while strengthening the project’s overall feasibility.
This milestone highlights the value of early planning, strategic thinking and strong project management and development advisory.
