Development Manager/Project Manager

If you have integrity and ambition, our team of highly skilled and intelligent people wants to meet you. In this challenging and fascinating role, you can look forward to:

  • delivering start-to-finish development management and project management services across a variety of sectors, including residential, retirement living, aged care, health and education
  • providing general property and construction consultancy services
  • ensuring time and cost targets are established and met
  • building strong relationships with staff and clients.

To succeed, you need tertiary qualifications in construction or property, an understanding of the property industry, client-side consultancy experience, and excellent communication and time management skills. An awareness of the National Construction Code and an ability to interpret planning policies would be a plus.
