Administration Assistant – Permanent Part-Time – 3 days per week

We are a leading project management and property consultancy company based in North Sydney looking for a part-time administration assistant to support our growing team of professionals.

We are looking for someone with great attention to detail, able to multi-task and has a can-do attitude. Your warm and friendly personality will fit in well with our team.

Day-to-day tasks include

  • Provide support to Project Managers, Executive team and the Office Manager
  • Preparing reports, spreadsheets and presentations
  • General ad-hoc office tasks
  • Answering telephone calls and greeting guests at reception

Job requirements

  • 3 days per week with Tuesday, Thursday and Friday being a preference but open to discussion
  • General administration support experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must be motivated and have a great eye for detail
  • Able to work with minimal supervision
  • Have the ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines

Qualifications and experience

  • Experience in MS Office Suite
  • Experience in construction industry or a consultancy an advantage

Cadet Project Manager

We are looking for a cadet that is a recent graduate or currently completing the final year of their degree in Construction Management or a similar property-related discipline. The role is 4-5 days per week depending on your tertiary study commitments.

You will work alongside our highly professional team and gain exposure to the full life-cycle of a project. This role will start you on the path to becoming a highly respected property consultant.
