As we close out another financial year, we’re reflecting on a busy and rewarding period for the Impact Group team. It’s been a year of continued growth across client-side project management, development management and construction advisory services, supported by strong partnerships and meaningful projects across Australia. With EOFY behind us, we’re looking ahead with momentum as we enter the new financial year. Our focus remains on delivering outstanding outcomes for our clients across retirement living, aged care, affordable housing and broader property development projects, while continuing to strengthen long-term relationships that sit at the heart of our approach. We’re also pleased to welcome Rebecca Mahoney to the team as Senior Project Manager. She brings extensive client-side project management experience across multiple sectors and strengthens our growing delivery capability.
National Retirement Living Conference 2026 | Retirement Living & Aged Care Sector
The Impact Group team recently attended the National Retirement Living Conference 2026 in Brisbane, joining leaders, clients and partners from across the retirement living and aged care sector. Marking approximately 15 years of attending this key industry event, it continues to reflect our long-standing commitment to the retirement living, aged care and seniors housing sectors. Highlights included the co-hosted opening night dinner with GroupGSA, alongside keynote sessions, site tours and the National Retirement Living Awards. Across the three days, the most valuable moments were the conversations with clients and partners, strengthening relationships and sharing insights across the sector.
Celebrating Industry Recognition | Affordable Housing & Seniors Living Projects
We were proud to see two projects we have supported recognised across multiple industry awards, reflecting strong outcomes in affordable housing development and seniors living projects. At the NSW 2026 Australian Apartment Awards for Excellence, HomesNSW received the award for the Bradbury Seniors Living project (delivered by Mono and designed by ThomsonAdsett), while Link Wentworth received a commendation for its Rouse Hill affordable housing project (delivered by Decode and designed by Stanton Dahl). These same projects were also recognised at the Retirement Living Awards and have since been nominated in the UDIA Awards, highlighting their impact beyond the retirement living sector and broader recognition within the Australian property and development industry. While industry awards are appreciated, the real value lies in delivering high-quality, community-focused housing and development outcomes through strong partnerships.
