This project involved the demolition of 2 large commercial buildings to make way for the construction of the Sydney Metro and a future mixed-use centre. We successfully managed the removal and disposal of over 12,000 tonnes of demolition waste including the safe removal of asbestos material.
We carefully monitored the contractor’s adherence to their Work Method Statements to ensure no major WHS incidents occurred during the works. The project was delivered well under budget and well within the project’s time parameters.
