Impact Group act as Independent Certifiers, ensuring that works between Traders in Purple and Homes NSW are delivered as per the agreement. Our role is to monitor project progression, review documentation for Practical Completion and oversee the Defects Liability Period for social housing dwellings. The project includes three stages: Stage 7b (19 lots, 5 for social housing), Stage 1 (101 lots, 10 for social housing), and Stage 2 (121 lots, 25 for social housing).
Impact Group has also been involved in the Bonnyrigg area’s redevelopment over a number of years, acting as Superintendents for demolishing existing homes and delivering 22 units and streetscaping for Landcom in previous stages.
Our ongoing work highlights a key role in the area’s transformation.
