Residential Living

Darling Point

Sutherland Crescent, Darling Point is a 17-unit residential building. The project involves a combination of remediation and mandatory compliance upgrade works. Specifically, the remediation efforts focus on upgrading the building’s façade to address water ingress issues and resolve minor structural concerns. These improvements are essential to ensure the building remains safe and well-maintained.

In addition to the façade repairs, the scope of work includes various remedial tasks required to achieve compliance with the Building Code of Australia (BCA). This includes the installation of new balustrades, balcony waterproofing, glazing, and essential fire safety upgrades. These upgrades will be carried out in both the individual units and common areas of the building, ensuring the overall safety and compliance of the property.
