Currently operating from a small leased school site in the town, Pacific Brook Christian School has anticipated an increase demand for a high quality educational facility in the Upper Hunter region. The development of the new site will include site preparation, remediation, tree removal and the construction of new school facilities including classrooms, an administrative building, a covered outdoor learning area, covered walkways, car parking and landscaping. The School will accommodate 140 students and 16 staff.
Impact Group has used Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) to closely standardise the design of the GLAs to suit modular construction, resulting in a design outcome to meet authority approval requirements as well as the school community’s aspirations. Once approval is gained Impact’s education specialists will project manage the construction and fit out of the new school site.
