Impact Group has been appointed by Centuria Bass to act in the role of a Lenders Agent to oversee the developer, superintendent and report on the risk and opportunities for the 150 apartment project.
Specifically, we have worked closely with the contractor to review and assess the audits of the current building elements, investigate the scope and arrive at deliverable solutions that present the least risk to the relevant parties and will achieve compliance.
Through this role we have become the default Superintendent and Development Manager for Centuria Bass based on our level of knowledge and experience with the DBP Act, the required rectification and our ability to administer the contract.
