Construction has started! This project is a 4 storey Class 2 residential apartment building consisting of 6×3 bedroom apartments including 2 levels of basement parking.
The project will have significant landscaping to also include a communal swimming pool over looking the harbour. Our engagement included coordinating the consultants to finalise the design and documentation for the construction contract which enabled final negotiations with the preferred contractor and execution of the building contract. We are now administering the contract to successfully deliver a completed project.
