Impact Group has held a very close relationship with Housing NSW since the inception of the business. Housing NSW regularly engage Impact Group to complete Preliminary Site Assessments to ascertain the development potential of their assets. For example, we were engaged in 2 separate tranches to undertake assessments of 103 sites and 192 sites. Our scope of service involved a site inspection and assessment of the surrounding conditions. We then completed due diligence to investigate site constraints and Planning Controls to identify the forecast yield for the site.
We co-ordinated various consultants including Town Planners, Valuers and Quantity Surveyors to contribute to the assessment. Our final report to the client included our yield assessment with corresponding development costs and valuations. We also provided a risk rating relating to the development potential of the site. These tranches of work were each successfully completed under intensely short timeframes of 5-6 weeks each.
