Impact Group have been invited to manage the design development of the full project and execution of the building contract within a maximum period of 6 months. Completion of the demolition and bulk earthworks is forecast to be completed within a maximum 9-month period. Construction of the main building works will commence following completion of the demolition and bulk earthworks.
The main building works has a forecast maximum duration of 18 months. The defect liability period for the main construction works will be 12 months. We will work with the client to refine this programme as the works are further defined. We have based our proposal on the client’s nominated timeline.
