The Auditorium was originally construction in the early 1900’s and refurbished following a fire in the 1970’s. The College had a vision to restore the building to its former glory.
Impact Group was engaged to develop the design and set a budget for the works. Due to the complex nature of the works, it was agreed with the College to enter a Construction Management Contract with the Head Contractor.
The project required multiple Construction Certificates in the design phase and intense supervision during the construction works. The final outcome was a marvellous acknowledgement to the original Auditorium. The College and students love the finished product.
