This project includes 5 residential towers that consist of a total of 164 apartments and basement parking. Our role included procurement of a building contractor under an Early Contractor Agreement for the design development and construction phases of the project. As the design is currently being developed, we are leading the project team to prepare the construction documentation within a Guaranteed Maximum Price for the construction cost. This design management includes preparation of the multiple Construction Certificates for the works. There is also significant and challenging design for the external services infrastructure and roadworks under a Voluntary Planning Agreement with Council.
Once the design is completed, we will prepare the building contract, negotiate final terms with the contractor and assist the developer to execute the contract. We will then be responsible for administering the contract and supervising the construction works as the nominated Superintendent under the Contract. The construction works are forecast for completion in 2024.
