Our client, Lebanese Muslim Association (LMA), had a vision that required the very best of Retirement Aged Care sector expertise to navigate through regulatory planning obstacles that needed solving on their site. This is one of many areas where Impact Group thrives for its clients. This particular project required an adjustment to the Local Environmental Plan to facilitate the construction of a residential aged care facility on the subject site used for light industrial purposes. Impact Group was commissioned to provide end-to-end management of the Planning Proposal that was endorsed and recently inserted in the Governmental Gazette. This has allowed LMA to proceed with Development Application for the demolition of existing structures onsite. The project design is a stunning five-storey residential care facility comprising a total of 112 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The ground level of the premises also provides a variety of administrative and recreational spaces, including landscaping throughout the development with a large central courtyard and rooftop communal open space.
