Our subdivision in the heart of the Southern Highlands is a rare collection of seven parcels of lush, expansive riverfront land reserved for the privileged few. Each parcel is a minimum of 4 hectares extending from Moss Vale Rd to the banks of the Wingecarribee river. Managed by our Project Manager, Adrian Balatinac, for our esteemed private client, practical completion and registration has now been achieved. Impact Group took carriage of the design development, contractor procurement, construction, and registration of title. Hurdles were many, but our civil works contractor Detailed Excavations Australia and Impact Group overcame these with ease.
