We are excited to reach commencement of construction for our valued client, Bolton Clarke, on their aged care project at Denham Court. Impact Group’s Project Director, Phillip Ryan, recently attended a ground breaking ceremony along with representatives of Bolton Clarke (client), Conrad Gargett (architect) and Lipman (contractor). The project consists of contemporary aged care services for 144 residents, with different space options across 136 rooms including some that have a separate living area.
Impact Group has been providing project management services on this project for the past 15 months as we led the team during the design development phase and procurement of the building contractor. Congratulations to our client, Bolton Clarke, for reaching this monumental milestone. We now look forward to delivering a fantastic building!
